Your professionalism.
You use water. And it drier in two hours. Stays cleaner longer. I love it.
I enjoyed the smell of fresh citrus, the carpet was cleaned with minimal wetness. It dried very quickly and looked amazing when it was completely done. The stains were pretreated and removed beautifully.
You use non toxic methods to clean. The chemicals used by the previous carpet cleaners were making me ill, but you were able to remove those chemicals AND clean my carpet.

fast clean affordable
We called Zerorez as a gift for my mom. Her carpets were quite dirty and my son tried cleaning them, but couldn't get them looking good. She is so happy with the job your tech ( Peter) did. He was prompt, knowledgable and got her carpets looking great! Thank you! Lisa
Seekers is very quick and efficient. The carpets come out very clean with no residue to attract dirt. They feel clean without feeling stiff. The cost is a little more than some, but the result is worth it.
The outcome of our carpets was excellent as they were in pretty darn shape.
From the customer service representative to the technician that serviced our home, everyone was so nice and prompt. I received great customer service and the service done to my carpet was amazing. All stains and odors were completely removed from my carpet and I couldn't be happier.
Lack of chemicals.
If you have an equipment breakdown, and you order a replacement truck, you should ensure the replacement truck works BEFORE you drive it clear across the valley. Also, when someone promises you a phone call from someone who handles customer relations, make sure the call gets made. I was promised a call that never came.
The only saving grace here was that Jeff did a great job. He was courteous and you guys should thank him. He was the best part of the whole experience.
Just actually told my neighbor that you are the best. Every technician that has come to our home has been friendly, professional and clean-cut. They all want to do the very best job possible. I love the freshness of the carpets...no residue just like you say. Great job!
I really like the "green" aspect of the products. We got all our upholstery cleaned that didn't turn out the way we had envisioned and was pretty disappointed. After calling and talking w Ray, 2 different technicians came out (Beau and his lead trainer Walt I believe) and completely satisfied me w the outcome, our upholstery looks so nice and brand new again. I really appreciated how everything was handled!
