Nice and clean
Your guys were very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my filthy carpets. I didn't think there was any way that my carpets were salvageable but after they were done I was pleasantly surprized in the results. The process was easy, you were able to do it the same day, and the people we cane into contact with were bery nice.
The technician was very thorough and polite. I also have peace of mind knowing that my carpet isn't coated with dirt grabbing shampoo residue.
Our technician really made me feel comfortable and he was very professional. I appreciate that he was very fair with pricing of the work we needed completed and that he did not pressure us into more products/services but he did tell us about other products and services Zerorez recommended and offered.

I was told a call would be made 30 minutes ahead of technicians arriving, I did not get that call. Also, spots on my living room floor seem to be coming back. The technicians were nice and very helpful, however I do not agree with answering personal phone calls in the middle of our discussion regarding what is going to be done. I was also under the impression that the hallway was included in the deal and was not. My hallway needed pet treatment and is much better, however.
Everything comes out clean with no chemicals. Also dries quickly.
My service tech made the experience worthwhile, Derek had a terrible day as did I he didn't show up till after 6pm for my appointment, yet he was professional, calm, (I was cranky) and did an outstanding job on my tile.
As a business owner its hard to find good employee's so even though his day was crappy and very long he gave me 110% hard to find guys like that
No strong odors, but clean, fresh smelling. The services were great. Peter Farrell arrived on time and took his time to do an exceptional job. He was polite and courteous.

On time and professional. The carpet had been cleaned prior to my move in date, but it didn't smell or appear clean. After Zerorez cleaned the carpet it felt clean...and looked terrific.
The service is amazing. I was moving back into a property I had previously rented. The tenant left the carpet literally BLACK. Zreorez was able to remove all of the dirt from the carpets..
