Keith worked extremely hard all day on our flooring, carpeting, rug, couch & loveseat. We couldn't be more please with the work Keith did, nor his attitude. He was extremely pleasant and polite. The grout turned out looking like new, and the carpet is clean and soft. One thing I especially didn't like about Stanley Steamer is that the carpet would be wet for 2-3 days. This was not a problem with Zerorez. The carpet was almost dry by the time we went to bed, even though Keith did not finish until early evening. Outstanding job.

I got my carpets cleaned (which are only a year old) to get rid of some pet urine and the associated smell and still (weeks later) it smells worse than before. I chose your company because of its natural/no chemical process, which obviously doesn't work.

Quality, honesty and price. Zerorez turned an absolutely horrendous carpet throughout our house into a home that is now again welcoming guests without embarrassment. Well done and my wife raved about the professionalism of the Zerorez representative that serviced our home.

I like that the products used don't have a strong chemical ingredients so the house doesn't smell for hours afterwards.

No residue left in the carpet, they got stains and pet odor out, and my carpet looks fresh and clean almost like new.

The tech that came to our home was fantastic and worked very hard to get out the spots we have. However,I was really hoping, due to the hype I've heard on the radio, that our spots would not resurface. Don't get me wrong, our carpet deffinately looks better than it did. I was just overly excited maybe about this new water technology, but our spots did resurface in less than 24hrs. Since we paid Zerorez more than our usual guy and got the same results we will go back to our usual guy next time for a less expensive clean. Maybe our carpet and urine stains(from our little terrior mutt)is beyond help?!

Very little smell and clean rugs

Carpet always looks great

At this time, there is much of the grout that still appears dirty. The parts that came clean are amazing but there are many areas that did not. I gave time to let it dry like I was told but it's approaching 48 hours and the parts that are still dark look like it is still dirty. In addition, there was a substantial film left over from the cleaning. On the fridge, it was rather difficult to remove and around corners also. I understand the machine you use is round, but rooms are square and for the service that you advertise I would expect the corners would at least get wiped up so the film left over is not so substantial. I am also confused over the claim that only water is used because I don't think any water would leave that type of film behind.

Services workers were on time and did a fantastic job.

Very quick service

Curtains were wrinkled after the tech tied them up to keep them from getting damaged or wet during the process. Suggesting that we "spray them with warm water" isn't much of a solution. Heading out to buy a garment steamer to do it properly.
Carpets were done well, but not much customer service on the back end with my complaint that I called in today.
