My carpet has never been cleaned by anyone other than zeroez! It has never seen soap used on it. Just had zeroez clean for the 4th or 5th time and it stll looks nearly as good as yhe day it was new..
I liked the scent of the orange pre-treatment and that it is not a harsh chemical. I also liked that the oxygenated water is super hot, it seems to be more effective than cold water. The tech was great! Mitch was friendly, careful, and thorough.
The carpet had to be picked up when it was convenient for YOU not me. Same with drop off. The office called to say that the driver would arrive in 15 minutes. The driver came an hour later. The driver called after I had called the office and said he was in traffic and still 15 minutes away. I didn't think that this was great customer service.
As of right now I really like everything about your products and services. But...my pessimistic side is still waiting for the spots to show back up again, considering that's what usually happens :( I'm hoping Zerorez will be proving me wrong.

You were able to do my carpets the day before a holiday and the tech was very courteous.
Sales staff was courteous, called to say they would be a few minutes passed their time slot. The technician, Steve was terrific. He did a great job explaining why he was using the product he was and ask if I was interested in other services but did not push that they were necessary. If someone asked who should clean their carpets or tile, I would give them zerorez as the best I have worked with in Arizona.
The carpets are very clean.

He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the very best experience! He gave us tips and tricks on how to treat stains in the future and many other tips! My carpet looks and feels GREAT/////// I wished I would have had them out sooner. I definitely will call again. The tech was very nice and polite and worked efficiently and was on time. Thanks zerorez no more stains and it is sooo clean.

THey work! THe carpets stay fresh and clean for a long time.
First of all, Jonathan and Michael were very professional in appearance. They displayed this through out their time in our home. They were also very respectful. The carpets look great and they feel soft not hard and crunchy. Even the heavily soiled areas that are also worn areas look good. We are very pleased. The upholstery shocked me the most. I didn't really realize just how dirty that was. I did purchase the empowered water and am anxious to try it on lots of things. As the team lead, Jonathan was excellent. Very professional in every thing he did and a very hard worker. You have a very good employee there.
