Your staff was well dressed when they came and very professional. They explained everything and had me check things as they went along. They took care not to mark anything in my house as they brought in hoses and cleaning supplies. They were friendly and I felt totally comfortable having them in my home.

I like that all the stains come out and it takes a long time for any dirty walk patterns to reappear. We have always used Stanley Steamer for carpet cleaning. I now only have to get my carpets cleaned every 6 months or more rather than every 2-3 months.

I originally called the office for pricing and spoke with two office assistants. Both were patient in answering my questions and very polite. Scheduling an appointment was easy and a couple of days before my appointment I was called and told the approximate time the technician would arrive at my home. Approximately 15 minutes before the technician arrived, I received another call.
The technician, Layla, was clean and presentable and very polite and responsive. He first walked all of my rooms to assess the dirty areas and asked questions to determine the need for extra attention in some areas. He spent nearly three hours cleaning all of the carpets in my home.
The next day one of my neighbors, who has seen the Zerorez truck outside my home, asked about my experience. I have already mentioned the company to friends and coworkers.

Explained how they were going to perform the services and showed us the equipment before the services we requested were started and gave 110% customer service which is very rare nowadays. Very professional 2 man crew! So happy with the way they brightened my sofa, chair, ottoman and pillows...amazing! Jonathan demonstrated how great the cleaner shines stainless steel and bought a large container for home use. Started recommending it to my family and friends.
