The carpets come out like new and they are 13 years old! The technicians are always very polite and explain the process before they begin so there are no surprises.
Our carpet looked brand new and was really soft. Brian was the lead tech and was so professional and nice. They did a great Job on the tile and chairs as well

We have been in our home 12+ years. Previously had several "Big Name" companies and their common thread left us feeling over charged. With each as the carpet dried the spots returned. This is our second time using Zerorez and we are 100% satisfied. WE are going to stick with Zerorez and have recommended them to friends and family. You won"t be disappointed.

It was nice that the carpets didn't take forever to dry.
Based on pictures seen, we expected our grout to look brand new again. While it does in many areas, there are places it did not come as clean so there are lighter and darker areas of grout throughout our home. We have never had pets, have older children and are generally above average in cleanliness. A follow up visit to see if there could be any improvement in the troubled areas would be helpful. Thank you.
First, I want to say that the tech was great! I believe his name was Mitchell. My appt. was on Nov. 6th. There wasn't enough hose to reach the condo. Another truck brought more hose. Couldn't get equipment to work. Re worked the hose and brought it in over an atrium balcony. It still didn't work. So, after 4 and 1/2 hours, the carpet was not cleaned. They came back the next day with a machine. I was very pleased with the outcome, but I was disappointed that I was charged full price after all of the time and inconvience.
The price was fair. Our church's carpet was extremely dirty after several large events. They were able to get the stains out, and make the carpet look like new.
