The tech's were very kind and courteous. We did a walk through then they got started.
We called Zerorez because the previous renter to a house we were moving into allowed her dogs to urinate all over the house. 10+ spots in every room, tile & carpet. CJ the tech was concerned that even he would be able to rescue the carpet but we gave it a try anyhow. The poor guy was there for nearly seven hours! The carpets look amazing and the smell is SO much better. The house is now livable and we move in today. I'm so very grateful for CJ's hard work. Thank you Zerorez!

The actual service provider, Name removed, was superior. The scheduling left a lot to be desired. Our time was changed three times before our tech arrived. The scheduler was very terse to speak with and rather unaccomodating. Our tech was great however. He arrived at 5:40 pm and our job took until 9 pm. I felt that was rather late for both him and our family even though he really worked hard to be quick. We were very satisfied with the service he provided.
Very knowledgeable service provider who was very thorough in his explanations of services and what to expect. We are extremely pleased with the results and will definitely use Zerorez again when the need arises.

Smell and efforts by technician. ..
I like that the Tech wears booties and used corner guards to protect my walls. My absolute favorite thing is that my carpet has no residue and no weird smell, drys quickly and stays clean for soooooo long I can't believe it. I have a lot of traffic, we do not take our shoes off and my carpet is light colored... Oh and my carpet is super old and I plan to replace it until you guys come over and clean it and then I think "nope I'm good for another year hahaha" LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!
The cleaners did a thorough job and addressed the stains well. They were finished in a timely manner, and the carpets dried faster with Zerorez method than with previous companies I have used.
No harsh chemicals.

well I guess I have heard so many commercials about how good ZeroreZ Is , that I was expecting it to look like brand new carpet but it didn't look any better or any worse than anybody else that I have used in the past but kudos on all your commercials.

Our flooring looks brand new! Our technician, Eric, was wonderful about explaining the process to us and we watched in amazement as he brought our carpet and our tile/grout back to beautiful condition. As realtors, we're often asked for referrals, and we are pleased to say we will be referring you to all of our clients!

I had some difficulty in the signup process because I wasn't available for the confirmation phone call, but when I made contact it was worked out.
Excellent process. Technicians are reliable, fast, and courteous. Although prices are higher than other cleaners, they're probably worth it. Hopefully, they won't go higher.
