Excuse me, I already responded with comments regarding my dissatisfaction with your service on Friday.

I appreciated your e-mail, and I appreciate the ability to respond concerning the services that you provided Thursday, March 6th.

I would like to start out by saying, I take full responsibility for the decisions I made. Having said that, to say I am disappointed in the way the carpets (both bedrooms, living room) looked after they dried, is an understatement. Your technician was very nice and very personable as well as professional. And while he did explain because the carpet was very old (which it is-15 years-18 years old) that some of the spots may come back. And I also understand that because of my using an electric wheelchair, sometimes the dirt
and the pet urine gets ground in because of my tires. But the number of spots that came back, was very disappointing. And I was told that a "little bit of a smell" from the pet urine may come back. There is a lot of smell, not just in my room, but in the living room and my mother's room. I was told that the $40 per room ($40x3) "Topical Pet Treatment" would take care of it. Your technician also told me that he would not charge me for the hallway, because it was so small. And as he was talking about your "Empowered Water" product, he said he would just "go ahead and leave you a little bottle and then if you like it, you can always buy a large bottle". But that is not what happened, he charged me $49.

The $129 "3 Rooms Zerorezified" fee, I have no problem with, the "Carpet Protectant" for $25x3. I have no problem with. But looking at the carpet, I feel like I was taken or misled. Again, no one was holding a gun to my head, no one forced me to agree to the "Topical Pet Treatment". I just feel that it did not do what I was told it would do. And buying the $49 "Empowered Water" speaks for itself.

While the carpets do look cleaner and some of the smell is gone, things just didn't really turn out the way I was led to believe.

So, Lesson Learned.

I cannot in good conscience recommend your service. I will not go out of my way
to say discouraging things but, if asked point-blank about my last carpet
cleaning and the company that I used, I will not be able to give you a good
recommendation. And I will describe what I feel happened.

In regards as to what you can do to make things right, that would be up to you.

Love the fans to dry out the carpet drying time was reduced dramatically!! The cleaning solution used on the carpets smelled fabulous!!

Iceman was very friendly and efficient.

Several spots didn't come out of the carpet. They are the dirt spots that should have come out. Based on your price being twice as high as other carpet cleaners, I thought the cleaning should have been much better than the others.

My bedroom carpet doesn't even look like it was cleaned. I asked a certain spot me addressed and it wasn't. I was not here the day of cleaning because I was in the hospital otherwise I would have been here. My disabled brother was here and he stated they were here no longer than 35 minutes. I dont feel that's enough time to pre treat and clean 3 rooms.
ive cleaned my master myself with my own carpet cleaner and it comes out better and smells great. Zerorez was supposed to be better.

I like the fact that when spots are removed they do not work their way back up to surface in a few weeks.
The man who cleaned was prompt and neat in his work. This is my second time to use Zerorez and I highly recommend

Service was very professional. Our tech did an exceptional job and met all of our expectations.

I liked that the carpets didn't get a "crunchy" feeling as it dried. There wasn't nearly the spot reappearance after drying like most other carpet cleaning methods. My carpets were extremely filthy & riddled with spots and I only have had two or three tiny spots reappear.

There was absolutely no chemical smell after the cleaning.
