I like that the job was done well , my carpet looks beautiful and most of all no chemical smell ! Christopher was very nice and knowledgable about what he does ! I have told 6 of my friends so far , I'am sold on Zerorez ! GOOD JOB ! I will use your services again !

Very professional job with great attention to detail.
You guys are amazing! My technician let me use some of the water to clean up while he cleaned the carpet- AMAZING! Also, he was able to "fix" the terrible tile job I did myself 4 years ago. It went from looking like a disaster to a passing grade- not an easy task. I love, love, love the product and results...Highly Recommend.

There is no smell & the Zerorez man was very personable and friendly
The technician explained how the zerorez system works for my carpets. He gave me tips on carpet care and left me booties for walking on the damp carpet. No company has ever left me booties and I have been having carpets cleaned twice a year for 35 years!
The only thing I am unhappy with is that I have still not received the receipt he told me would be in my email.
I really like that there is no soap used in my carpeting, and yet the carpets come out like new--all dirt and stains gone! This was my second time to use Zerorez, and both times the men that came out were prompt, conscientious, and very personable. I highly recommend Zeroez.
First of all, I am in awe of how clean my carpets are now. I wanted to wait a few days before I filled out this survey because I was wondering if the spots would come back up on my floor. Of course they didn't ! I am so excited at how clean and perfect and brand new my carpet looks.
CJ was so professional and polite and very knowledgeable, I plan on having him come and clean the carpets at my office and my moms house.
He is the kind of guy you would trust to leave in your house and with your kids! He is such a nice, honest guy, its hard to find people like that anymore- you guys better hang on to him!

area rug cleaning prices seemed a bit high. Other companies I've used have thrown them in for free. The technician was very thorough and professional.

We also like the feel of the carpet afterwards.

Andrew, your Tech, was very professional. He went over everything with me, when he finished the carpets and tiles, he walked throughout with me, asked if everything was to my satisfactory and showed me where some of the problem spots were and if I was satisfied with how they cam out. This is the 2nd time I have used you and I have given your name to a friend.
You did exactly what you said you would do and in a timely manner. The technician was great and I will be calling you again.
For the cost of the service it was very disappointing to learn that you DO NOT vacuum beforehand, you WILL NOT move anything and you WILL NOT assist in the moving of anything. I understand that this is your policy, however, you should understand that this diminishes the value of your service.
