Service was great, I like the way they call to let you know of the two hour window. Then they call to let you know the driver is om his was to your house. Caroet looks great and he was very neat and friendly.

No harsh chemicals are used to clean carpets and tile. There is no soapy or chemical residue left behind. Carpet looks brand new after it has been cleaned. I had several urine stains on the carpet from our new puppy and Zerorez got them out completely. All Zerorez staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable.
The carpets are the cleanest they have ever been and dry very quickly.

I am extremely pleased with the product and service. I was hesitant about trying a new company thinking that I would have to fight off the up sales. Not the case here, as I found myself requesting additional services. I LOVE the ZERO Water, it is fantastic!! The person who cleaned the carpet was very professional, pleasant, and personable. He explained everything he was going to do.

Products worked extremely well in cleaning without any odor or residue. I purchased the mop, microfiber rags and cleaner to maintain the tile floors as well as spot cleaning for the carpet. Casey, the technician who did our house went way above and beyond our expectations. She had a lot to do and she did it wonderfully by herself. She has a great attitude and work ethic. I would definitely have her do our house again anytime.

Your staff was extremely respectful of my time. My arrival window was between 1:00-3:00 and at 12:30 a representative called to tell me that although it would still be in the window, it would be closer to 2:30 or 3:00. I found this very helpful and it allowed me to make a quick trip to the grocery. Most companies would have given a 4 hour window and then not called again. Thanks!

Zerorez provides courteous technicians who are clean and respect contents of home(furniture, walls, pets, etc...) Scheduling staff is friendly and helpful. Technician gives a courtesy call before arrival. Punctual arrival. Product has no overwhelming odor and dries quickly. Technician was conscientious and sought my approval for each area cleaned before moving on to the next area to be treated. Technician toweled-dry edges of tile that were dampened which increased safety. Reasonable price for excellent service. Excellent results.
I love the way my carpet feel and smell after it was cleaned. I also like the fact that it only took about 4 to 6 hr for it to dry. But most of all I loved the way the agent (Peter) took the time to explain the step by step process and what to expect. Thank You very much.

My carpets and furniture come out looking brand new, and my carpets are always soft and fresh after they dry, not hard and crunchy like when other companies have done them.
I thought the cost was more expensive than a lot of places!

Carpets came out cleaner than expected, they weren't crunchy afterward and the staff was very friendly.
The technician was very nice and punctual but the grout is still dirty in some spots, especially near the walls. When walking around in my socks for a while on the carpet and tile, they turn somewhat dark. I do not know if this is normal for Zerores, so I don't know if he did a good job or not.
No chemicals, the carpet last longer, cleaned.
No residue on carpet, quick drying, and knowledgeable technician.
