The offer of three rooms was a little false. I was never told that the rooms needed to be the size of a closet. I moved all my family room furniture and then did not have the service done because of the price. My dining room is very small and I was told that it was oversized. Really? you need to advertise the size of the rooms and how much you charge. My carpets turned out great- I knew they would. Just disappointed in advertisement.

Zero razz has cleaned both our tile and our carpet. Both results have been beyond belief. I thought we would have to replace the carpet, but zerorez did an incredible job of cleaning. My carpets do look a little cleaner only in some areas, but are hard and stiff and rough after the cleaning. It seems like there is residue left behind. Not what I expected at all.
