My husband and I live in Santa Maria, CA. We have a rental in Sun City which was vacant and our agent told us the carpet needed cleaning. We had used a carpet cleaning service in September of last year and, apparently, they had not done a great job. Our agent, who lives in the Phoenix area, called us and suggested we try Zerorez since she had heard their ad on the radio.

I gave them a call last week and in two days, Zerorez was on it! They sent out a technician by the name of Trey. He called when he got to the condo, inspected it, called again and told me what needed to be done. When he was finished, he called and told me that he would send before and after pictures to see the difference.

This is by far the best experience we have had dealing "long distance" with services we need for our property. Trey was one of the best technicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Great job in finding such wonderful and professional employees, Zerorez!!

This is my second cleaning the first in April 2014 prior to that was 3 years that is why I used you again. This clean was less than average. I think because the tech was in and out in 30 mins as opposed to the prev tech. No fans and a fast clean made the difference

The product did not have a strong odor. The carpet was cleaned very well.

They were allergy, kid and pet friendly. The house smelled clean and not filled with chemicals like some carpet cleaning companies. The service person was very professional and friendly. Asked many times for me to look over the area/rooms for approval and always asked if I saw something I wanted him to go back over to let him know. I appreciate the protection solution they put on the couch and carpet that was cleaned to help with any future spills or accidents.

I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of those with whom I spoke concerning my appointment; all prior calls were received as promised. The technician, James Chase, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fully answered my questions about why Zerorez is different than other carpet cleaners, and in addition, allowed me to test the non-toxic Zerorez multi-surface cleaning solution on my counter tops, windows, etc. It worked really well, and I bought a 5 gallon jug. :) I learned that Zerorez also cleans and seals granite, as well. James was kind enough to give me a preliminary estimate, so I plan to call to have that job done as well. Oh, and my one area carpet and two bedroom carpets look great after the cleaning!
