The serviceman kept adding costs to the $129 cleaning fee until it was over $300. I told him
I couldn't afford that and he began knocking the price down-----a scam. He talked on phone most of the time he was here. Carpet is clean but not as clean as other methods have gotten it. The serviceman was like a "flim flam" man and I felt uneasy having him in my home.
Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and professional. Did a GREAT job.
Thought that having the office girl with our tech was awesome! Always felt that working from every position is the best way to learn and understand how everything works.
Also, carpets came out great!

While the carpets were not 100% cleaned (i don't expect miracles with 16 year old carpet), I was very impressed with the services provided. There was no soapy or chemical smell or that odd residue that can sometimes make the carpet stiff. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Our carpeting looks amazing! We did not want chemicals used in the cleaning process. We wanted to SEE the results and have answers to any questions we may have. We hit the jackpot!
The results were instantly obvious! The technician was prompt, wasted no time, very informative, professional and friendly as well. We were left with great results, no cleaning odors, questions answered, and suggestions given to help care for the carpets in the future, as well as ideas for cleaning our tile flooring, which we will be scheduling. He cleaned all my tile floors, kitchen countertop which I didn't even know was possible and then did my dining room chairs. So impressed and grateful for this "green" product. I couldn't be happier.
