The quality cleaning job and lack of residue.
Very happy with the service. My carpets and tile floors have never looked better!
Our service person was great! A real hard worker, and personable. Our floors are nice and clean. Great job!
Do a better mop up after the rug cleaning. The hosing left a mess on our travertine tile. However your employee, Eric, was very pleasant, if not all that thorough.
The tech's were very professional and explained every thing they were going to do while they were here. We had a spot that took extra time and material to clean. They did their best and got most of it. They explained some extra steps that I could do to help remove the remaining spot. I was very happy with the effort they had made while they were here.
Andrew did great job and was a very nice young man
Professionals that know their business.
Good job
They were on time. Did a great job in a short amount of time.
We have little children and are environment conscience, Liked the citrus cleaner and they did not take long to do a two story home nor did it take very long to completely dry!
Great job, really good tech

Products are natural and the service was on time and friendly
The whole process went very smoothly. Technician was very helpful and did a great job.
Very reliable
Zerorez did the best job of carpet cleaning we have ever had. Our stairs carpet was especially dirty but Luis got all the dirt out!
We always appreciate the quick and courteous service we receive from Zerorez and the great job your product does for our home.
My only complaint is that it was really expensive!! I have a condo that's about 995sq feet and it cost $260 which seems like a lot. In the past I have paid less than that for more sq footage.
Very satisfied. He did a great job. We were impressed.
Great job done by Alllen
The carpets have never looked so clean! Unlike other carpet cleaning services, the technician takes a good deal of time with each segment t of the process. I will never use another carpet cleaning!
no soap residue
No chemicals and my service tech was great!
The carpets felt great after drying, they came out super clean and the tech did everything possible to lift old stains. Our home wasn't left with a chemical smell and any compound used was pretty much removed upon completion.
