I like the idea that you are not using soaps and chemicals to clean the carpets because that will attract the dirt back to the carpet. As far as your services,you were prompt as when u told us you were going to be here and the technician Trey was very professional and courteous throughout. He explained everything that needed done and how much it would be and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need. Thank you very much.
Technicians are prompt, clean and do a great job. 10 year old carpets look good when they are done. Floor and grout look good too.
The first time Zerorez was here the cleaning was far better than we expected and the carpet looked almost new. This time there was some improvement but the traffic paths are still dirty and the carpet in general looks dirty and like it needs to be cleaned. Very disappointed this time.
The carpet didn't come clean or as dramatically cleaned as seen on your web site photos. Perhaps, that was just marketing 'puffing'. This was my first experience at having carpets cleaned. I will be trying other companies in the future as a comparison or maybe just replacing the carpet.
When you clean, it stays really clean for a long time. Previous carpet cleaning services I have had the carpet looks great when they complete the job, but a month later dose not. When you do the service it looks great for a long time. I love when you call your business, I laugh at the message. Yesterday I had 2 neighbors ask me about your service, and I told them that the next time they need there carpet or furniture or what ever done, they should use your company.

Everything was great
This was my 2nd time utilizing your company. The 1st time was in May when I had my bottom house carpets cleaned. I'm afraid I can no longer recommend your company because of the inconsistent quality of service. The 1st red flag is it only took less than an hour to clean 4 rooms a hall and stairs. They literally ran through my house and didn't take the time to clean my carpet. My house did not smell clean it actually stunk and the spots were still on my carpet. There's actually an area in my bedroom that looks dingy and not even vacuumed like they missed spots! I'm overly disappointed and my only recourse is having your company redo my carpets. What if this happens again? I'm out almost $300 and left with the inconvenience of having to move all my furniture again in 6 days! Thank you Zerorez for not living up to your reputation I guess it all depends on the tech that cleans your carpet!!
On time arrival, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and my floors have never looked better. I had no idea my grout could be so clean. Well done.
The carpet was not as clean as I had hoped but the technician said it was do to wear. They are light colored and fairly old so I can buy that. Tile looks good. Thanks!

The cleaners were friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Service was quick and they took great care of our house and furniture. The carpets came out looking like new and we haven't cleaned the carpets dice they went in 7 years ago!
