After a couple of days the stains were back. I've used another carpet company in the past that's been able to get the carpet stains out and the stains stay gone for up to three months in this case after a few days the stains were back.
Hayden was very nice and responsive. Very cordial and polite. Offered options and was willing to work with me.
Technician Robert Holt arrived on time and informed me about the process and some options. He seemed very meticulous about his job and worked steadily. This is my second time to use Zerorez and did not write a comment the last time I don't think but he did a good job too. very happy,

We had a problem with pet stains prior to using zerorez, I was worried that after cleaning my house would smell (due to zerorez not using anything but water) but I was presently surprised to come home to floors that have NO SMELL AT ALL! They also look like brand new carpet!

Sean was a much better technician. Scott was conciencious but the resulting carpeting cleaning was just fair. I have been using your services for a few years now and this was the most mediocre result. The cleaning we do between professional cleanings with our Bissell brings better results.
