Concept of only cleaning with Ph factor water to get out dirt. No soap or chemical residue.

Technician didn't show up even after we got a 15-20 minute call that someonew would be at our home. Second chance, first time our carpets were NOT cleaned as they made it sound. Extremely disappointed with this company. So much for a 30 day guarantee anda no show.
We selected Zerorez because of old ads on Danny Davis' radio show. We know him outside the show. But the results of this job were about average. And, the cat urine odor is still there. When we asked your operator about that, he quoted us fairly high prices PER SQUARE FOOT for extraction. He did, in all fairness, spray on extra formula in selected small areas we designated as worst, but he didn't leave the formula on to soak in at all, so it didn't work. That's why I gave you just a 7. He was in and out in about two hours, hardly a bargain for $320.
I was very pleased with every aspect of having my carpets cleaned from the appointment making to the end result. Very professional.
The worker that showed up to do the work- Hayden was the best....He did a great job, was polite & courteous. Will be getting furniture & tile done next.

Kind enough to fit me in earlier when there was a cancellation so I could get on with my Veterans Day plans with my son. He loves celebrating the day with me because he is proud of my serving our country. Very efficient, used corner protectors for my walls and even left slippers for me!
