I was very happy with the result and the service, however, I felt it was very expensive.
Floors look very clean, there was a bit of residue on tile but overall very clean

I called and got an estimate on the cost. I end up paying 250.00 for services. I understand some prices, but while the guy was here and telling me what he wanted to do to get a few pet stains out of my carpet, it seemed a bit confusing to me. I have some medical issues and sometimes don't understand completely what is being said. I thought I had money to use for other treatments, but I must have misunderstood. The carpet came out looking good, but I didn't realize what he was going to do to the carpet. Once he was done, I had no choice but to pay because services were rendered.
It was done quickly no smell dried quickly couldn't be more pleased.
Our carpet cleaned up well and appreciated the service.
carpet still very dirty. also, i wanted to get upholstery cleaned but there was confusion about whether you could do it without damage. i'm hoping on follow-up visit to get carpet cleaner.
Was a little concerned when the the Technician Jay wanted to make a side deal for additional room for just $40 if I would pay him cash. Need to better vette your staff! Of course did not go for the deal.

Our carpet looks amazing and stays clean much longer then any other company we have used. Love the empowered water instead of chemicals. Also our travertine and grout came so clean it looks brand new!
