Product is safe and service is far and above normal
The tech was friendly and did a good job.
they pretreated all carpets and cleaned. The young man was very professional, and showed us spots that he may not be able to remove. In the area where we spend most of our time he brought me in and showed me the difference in clean and not yet cleaned. BIG DIFFERENCE
He brought in footies to help protect carpet till it was dry. Left everything as he found it, removed equipment ant was gone.
I was disappointed that the price to clean a rug doing all the same things you do to a carpet was so much more expensive.
environmentally friendly, tech was very professional and explained the product thoroughly
Orderless and no use of chemicals. Very efficient.
This process takes time to evaluate. Original cleanliness was great - have to wait to see if this sustains. Too early to see if the job with Scotch guard works
The technician was genuinely polite & friendly and did a very through
Job.
I was pleasantly surprised that signing a waver was never mentioned.
The carpet is beautiful.
Our technician "JAY" was so nice and explained what our carpet would look like due to the age of it. He was right, it still looks great! Thank you Jay great job! Very satisfied.
The technician said he'd been waiting since 1 from his last appointment, I told him I couldn't take the earlier time because I was at work, he assured me it was fine. He was doing a 40 foot trailer included was the sofa which I was to come and move in 20 minutes for him. When I went out he had moved it and was finished with the trailer. He said the stain under the sofa didn't want to come out, so today I took my little green machine and some stain remover and did it myself. The carpet was still very dirty the water was brown in my machine. I listen to Knix and thought it would be worth paying your company for a professional cleaning. I was very disappointed in the rush job and poor results. I will just do it myself from now on.
Great job!
Fast and efficient. Carpet looks and feels great.

very professional on time and they did a great job
Your technician, Sam was prompt, looked clean and professional and did a good job. The rugs look great.
Workers are always considerate and clean. They are really nice. They do a great job. The gentleman who took care of my carpets was waiting for quite a while for me to get there. He was told that I was called. I was not. I was waiting to get a call, and since I didn't, I went there in the hopes that I wouldn't have to wait too long. He was there. I showed him on my phone that I was not called. Thankfully, he didn't write me off as a no-show.
Though one carpet did not come out perfect, I know a lot of it was my fault because I hadn't had it cleaned over the years like I should have. It looks SO much better though, and the other rooms were great!! Thank you!

Clean and efficient. Friendly staff
Friendly and professional tech
your prices could be a little more competitive, however, your method of cleaning seems to be better than competitors. Was surprised by how much you charge to clean area rugs.
The fact that you don't use harsh chemicals
No soap residue - the carpets came out clean and feel fresh. Service technician was very nice and helpful.
The results were better than I expected. Your employee was courteous and explained each step of the process. He went back over a couple of troublesome spots as I requested. The results show his attention to detail.
