When we moved into our house a year ago the previous owners had the carpets cleaned, but stains and dark spots remained. We accepted them as unremovable and resolved to replace it eventually. We just got them cleaned with zerorez and they look better than when we moved in! The stains are gone without even leaving a chemical smell! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!
Pay more attention to the fact that there was animals in the house and check for concerns like I had initially stated.

The high traffic areas was still showing very dirty, radio ads claim carpets look close to new again. Refund money or come back and redo high traffic areas.

Your service tech, Jacob, was so very nice and explained all that he was doing. When I asked a question he answered them and did so promptly. He was very neat and when he left it was like he was not here at all. Gave me good instructions on when the carpet would be dry. All the do's and not do's.
We had are large sectional clean, it came out exceptionally well. It dryed in about an hour as said, the technician was anal about his work, which is had to find these days. Price was a little expensive but to us it was worth it. You need to explain how large your sectional is because ours was three pieces bigger than a normal one is before you ask for a quote. Great job!!!!!

The tech-Abel was very thorough and knowledgeable about all of the products and services that he was providing. He was very courteous and friendly and did a great job of explaining the process every step of the way.
Our carpets were fairly old but they were able to remove stains and make them look brand new again! My only concern is that initially I had also asked for a hallway at the top of the steps cleaned and was quoted based on my estimate of linear feet. I received a confirmation call requesting a return call. The second person also took the "order" and said the person cleaning would quote the area the day of. My husband walked him through the two bedrooms, stairway and hallway (only places with carpet in the house) however after the man left we realized that he had not cleaned the hallway. He did not charge us for that area however it seemed rather obvious that it should have been cleaned as well. I was annoyed because in my initial request for service I had indicated that I wanted that area cleaned. I would have thought that would've been on the work order and not needed to be requested again.
Whatever you use works really well!! Also, the technician in charge went the extra mile and my mom's carpet, upholstery and grout came out much better than I expected (since it had been 16 years since she had anything done). They were very nice and even gave me some shoe protectors to wear, until I left my Mom's. Very pleased!!
