did it again after the carpets dried and could not see any spots.

My carpeting is 8 years old and I don't know if it's too old to get clean, but the results were about the same as I get using my home carpet cleaner. I did appreciate the fact that they were efficient and timely, however, I didn't see a big improvement when they left.

The tile flooring/hallway(not a part of the cleaning order) was left filthy. I did not see the cleaning person wearing protective shoe coverings or place mats on the tile floor as others have done. The cleaning smell is overpowering.

Don't really know much about the products but like the friendly telephone service, that they give you a date & time & are accurate with that. Our guy came early & appreciated the call from the office to ask if he could come early just very good service making appointments & follow up. The guy was on time & did a very good job of cleaning our carpets. We are happy customers!!

I thought your technician, Matthew, was very, very good. He seemed to really understand the issues...wisely wouldn't promise something he was not sure he could deliver on ...but was well-spoken on your products and said he would do the best he could. The results were wonderful - better than I expected. I would be happy to recommend your services!

The operator arrived when promised. He was pleasant to have in our home. He worked quickly and efficiently, and did a fantastic job. The cost was also very reasonable.
