Best part about the product and service was that my carpet ended up really clean. I like that the technician wasn't in a hurry to get to the next job. I like that he was on time, even came early. I like that there were no hidden costs and no trying to up-sale products. I appreciated the technician being very careful not to damage home or furnishings.

The carpet in the family room was the area of most concern. I'm sorry to report that several spots remain and traffic area is still dingy. Overall, the carpets were left more damp than should be. If your service tech, Kevin, would have rerun the wand over them without liquid injection, this might have helped. Bottom line; after hearing the radio promotions for so many years, I probably set my expectations too high.
The solution for the family room; rent a standard rotary brush machine to go over the spots and traffic area.

I've had your company out before and loved the job they did. This time the carpets still had a few marks on them. The tile did not get as clean as it had last time, mostly talking about the grout. He didn't seem to take much time on the tile and left it completely soaked. I had to towel dry the whole floor myself, especially since I have dogs and did not wanto slip.

That you don't use chemicals and the service man was very nice and polite

too much sales pressure, felt ripped off and badgered about buying more. my plan was $150 and it was $300. not fun at all

The tile cleaning was fsbulous. However, the biological agent used to deodorize the carpet did not work. We subsequently had to purchase another product to resolve the issue.
