Fast, courteous service
Based on radio ads, I was expecting to have a better experience than I had had with some cheaper carpet cleaners. The technician was very polite and did a great job, but I don't feel that my carpets are any cleaner than I have gotten with other businesses. I also expected my carpets to be dry within an hour or two. However, it has now been 24 hours and they are just finally dry.
I like the quality outcome of your product. Our carpets look and feel new without any residue.

We called yesterday to schedule a reclean on two areas of the rugs cleaned. One is a darkened area and the other is the pet stains that were treated with the topical biological treatment.
They just needs extra effort.

Don't leave several areas of white residue on the tile....my wife had to go around and wipe it up. Don't drag your machines across my landscaping and newly seeded lawn, leaving tracks!
