easy to book. technician friendly and quick.
First time we used Zerorez. Easy to schedule, and re-schedule! Technician was friendly and did a great job. Carpets look real good, and the odors are gone.
Don't use customers restrooms and don't let your employees come to work and my home sick! I've been miserable since.

My house / carpets, smelled wet and musty upon completion. Thpically when my carpets were cleaned by my previous carpet cleaning company, the carpets smelled clean and fresh upon completion.

I've already talk to a person from your company and inform her of our disappointment of the service I received. The worst thing is the carpet didn't really get clean and his reply was it was dirty. I just wanted him out of my house with that type of attitude. He had all the carpet done with in 30 minutes which is impossible to do a good and thorough job in that time. Very disappointed in your service.
My carpet is patchy now. It looked better when dirty. I know my carpet is older so it's not going to look new or anything but the tech was not thorough. Did not follow carpet up to baseboards. Forgot to do the small rug in front of the door. On each stair, focused on the center and I had to ask him to come back and get the vertical part of the carpet but he only did the top part. I am getting ready to call another company to come in and just use soap. After hearing the ads on the radio, I was so excited.
It cleaned our traffic areas better than any other cleaning service ever has. Our technician was very helpful and even recleaned one area when we asked him to. He wanted to make sure we were totally satisfied.

RAPID RESPONCE & QUALITY WORK
This technician was not very friendly and did not do as good a job as the first technician I had used.
The professionalism and friendliness of the technician. The carpet cleaned up great and looks great without any stiff feeling. Haven't been this pleased with any other carpet service.
Non toxic cleaners
Technician was very thorough and honest about end result. Tile looked great afterwards compared to before. The only thing I noticed is we had a big scrape and chunk of wood taken out of the door frame of our down stairs bathroom. I could tell it was new damage because it crumbled pieces of wood frame from it when I touched it. I wish he would of told us that.
Your technician, Andrew, did an excellent job on our carpets. They look great and ready for the holiday season. Andrew was very professional, courteous and made sure we were happy with the results of the cleaning. We appreciate his professionalism and expertise. The carpet feels great but doesn't look any cleaner to me than before it was done.
Empowered water and how whenever i get a spill or spot i grab it and it comes right out so much has happened a melted candle was spilled all over a wall and carpet and a piece of furniture and Empowered water got it right out. My house looks great Hayden did a great job my kitchen chairs microfiber and spots all over them from the kids and he worked really hard and got them all out. He was great

Although he was nice enough and efficient, the technician never introduced himself or shook my hand, which I found unusual.
