It really worked. It has been a week and the carpets still look great!
I had bad pet odor in a room of three that i requested cleaned. Zerorez did a great job of getting most of it out in that room. I called them and asked them to redo that room and they came back out, promptly, and did a great job. Thank you!
Carpet is cleaner than in years. Even some dog spots I didn't expect to be gone are also the man doing the work was friendly and helpful. I would use service again and would ask for the same man again.
The first guy that came to our house wasn't very thorough and our carpet still looked dirty. But we called you and you came back to our house and the second guy did a great job. Because you guaranteed your work, we will refer you to our friends.
I had to pay full price for the service to get out pet stains and they never came out at all and the rest of the hallway carpet doesn't look any cleaner than before Zerorez came out :(
Not happy with first cleaning. But after our callback the issue was taken care of the carpet was cleaned to what we had expected the first place.

I still had a pet smell. I don't think a single pass without scrubbing or soaking does anything. I ended up using a Bissel carpet cleaner to clean the carpet and I am happy with it's result.
The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. The carpet looks great and dried very quickly...the deliver what they advertise!
I like the product but this time they ran late no call I was on hold a while then they sent someone over one hour past the end time. It has neve happened before but the technician was polite and good. Not his fault

Great product, wonderful service
The team arrived on time and were extremely professional. Our carpet was in horrible shape as it had not been cleaned in about 10 years. It looks nothing short of amazing. They also did the tile in our bathroom and the white grout looks new again. These guys get what customer service is all about.
