Disappointed with how the stairs cleaned up. Thought he should have gone over it a second time.
The young fallow that served us was very polite. That is the most important aspect of the job he performed.
We were able to easily make an appointment and schedule within a timely manner. The person who came out was very nice, explained what he would be doing, and was in and out relatively quickly with the carpets looking wonderful. A great experience!

First of all, Anthony was very professional, did a great job, we purchased the 2 1/2 gal. of
empowered cleaning fluid and just like he said, we did our tile, appliances, and mirrors, and
our granite and it looks great, the best ever. We will now use Zerorez from now on & request
Anthony as our man.

I called to reschedule my appointment and was told it was all set, but I didn't get a call on the day I was supposed to for the time window. I called and they said it was never changed to the rescheduled day so I had to find another day that would work with my schedule. Then on the day they were scheduled to come between 10 and 12, he didn't show up til almost 1230. Overall, the tech was professional and friendly but all of these issues made for a very frustrating experience. I feel like the people on the phones should be just as professional as the people that come to my house- and should follow through when a customer calls.
Also, while I feel that the carpets are mostly clean, there is a line where the carpet is darker in the master bedroom. I know there are areas of wear and traffic, but I wasn't expecting to have dirt/dark lines remaining especially since my carpet wasn't drastically dirty to begin with.
Lack of chemicals
Carpet is really deep cleaned. Really takes 48 hours plus to dry though. Staff is outstanding.
Def not what the service is said to be. The second time that I've used you guys and once again I was disappointed you guys advertise as if this was the next great thing and I can get the same business and same service out of a mom-and-pop carpet cleaning service. I like that there is no chemicals used so the carpets dry faster. I like the water that I can use for all my household cleaning.

The services were superior. However, I was NOT notified of the time when they would arrive. As a result I was up at 5 am and vacuuming by 6 am. I called at 7 am and you said they would come between 4 and 6 pm. I am 89 and VWEY frustrated and upset by this snafu. Should I have you again or Stanley Steemer?

most of all i appreciate the customer service. the technicians are very accommodating and there is always a great deal with the price. my floors are more clean after a Zerorez cleaning than after more expensive competitors in the past.
There is a spot in my bedroom where the technician missed a swath :( Although was not really visible until the carpet dried.
That they are not harmful to me or my family or my animals. Also that they are simple to use for everything around my home,
