Clean scent, no sticky residue, excellent technicians, just so professional the whole package and very quick.
Your technician Amanda was GREAT! I have never had anyone do as thorough of a job cleaning our carpet. Also, this was the first time that we did not have a musky smell coming from the carpet after the job was done.
Must say knix 102.5 raved about how clean is clean, so true. I love how my carpets look.
Thank you
The non chemical, efficient, professional process.
My only issue is the price. It is a big more than I can really afford. But my carpets do look great
Always professional and knowledgeable techs. Carpets look and feel better than new!
The last Tech that came to my apartment was very rude. I really looked forward to good customer service. i did not have that experience.
THANKS FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIFT WERE REPEAT CUSTOMERS
Your techs are great; they always do their very best. When I broke my nose in the middle of the night, I bled a lot & bless their hearts they really did their best. When the 1st tech left the carpet looked so much better ! Then when it dried the stain came back because the blood had totally soaked through the carpet unto the pad. So a second tech came out & did it all again. Now it looks like it could have been red wine or grape juice; so I"m very relieved that we don't have to change the carpet. Thanks to your techs expertise & dedication to doing a wonderful job. Linda Lee Parker
Louis & Scott both did a very fine job; cleaning up my boo-boo :)

Your two employees that handled out job were outstanding. Please recognize them for the amazing service.
Quick and efficient
Job well done.
Each contact person was very courteous and professional. Scheduling an appointment, call back two days prior, call for arrival 15 minutes prior, service performed by technician.... everyone was super! Email confirmation & invoice were also appreciated. Cleaning was completed quickly and carpet looks great.
He worked really hard to make sure we were happy.
I am so pleased with the outcome that I will definitely use you again thank you so much
It's all your fault for sending Hayden to us. You're the reason we can only give a 10 and not a 10+ that he deserves. He was very attentive to First name removed's desires and succeeded in pleasing her - no mean feat. He was attentive to details, even to how best to park his van so that we had clear access to the driveway. If I had a business I would see if I could hire him away from you. :-)
Our thanks to him for a job well done.

Steve did an outstanding job. My carpet looks 100% better
I like that you don't use any chemicals. I was able to get my carpets cleaned while 9 months pregnant and not have to worry about breathing in anything toxic.
The fact that there are no harsh chemicals.
Professional courteous service, arrival as indicated. Great job, only did work that was necessary.
The carpets are completely clean - what else can I say!
Awesome! Chris did a great job!
Tyler was on time, professional and did a thorough job.
Zerorez has always done a great job with my carpets in the past, but this time I wasn't totally satisfied and called to let them know, and they quickly found a technician who came out to help with the problem that day. I am very happy with the final results as well happy with as all the helpful employees I came in contact with. All the employees were very nice, and it was my fault for not looking over some of the areas or I would have felt comfortable asking about the areas I was concerned with the first time around. I will be calling you again when we move into our new home in a few months!
