Your cleaning procedure and results are above anyone else. It is better than anyone out there but having said that the pricing is such a turn off when it is all said and done. I went into this thinking that I would spend about 350 (which is more than most people would spend or a little more) and ended up spending over 600. Not sure I want to repeat that again. I may have to replace my flooring with tile.

the first time zerorez cleaned my carpet they took extra time to really clean the stain. This time it was quick in and out he did not clean the carpet on the step down to the living room. For some reason it took a longer time to dry even though I turned up the heat and ran the ceiling fan. My carpet was cleaned on Dec 7 and I paid 146.00 and the radio advertise a 129.00 special on three rooms for the month of Dec.
Our carpet is soft and odor free, restoring the plush original look.

Your service provider was very pushy and insisted my carpet had pet stains even wrote it on my invoice, which I scratched through. I told him 3 times during the cleaning that this was not true. Previous service with your company has always been pleasant, this serviceman was not pleasant. Even my friend that was visiting during the cleaning commented how rude the guy was. My neighbor came by today and I gave her your number, I hope she gets a different service man.

We called due to some stains in the carpet. Reagan was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, we can still see the pet stains under the black light. Any advice on how to remove these will be very helpful.
