Easy to schedule, no chemicals, good availability
No harsh smell and technician was very nice.
Jake our "teck" was awesome. He was friendly, but not overly. He did a great job on the shower and carpet. We sat looking at our home last evening. We said it almost looks new.
We didn't really expect our carpets to look like "NEW", we knew they have had some wear, but they did come out really nice. Jake took his time, treated the traffic arrears, than cleaned them. We like that no chemicals were used.

The first room that was cleaned still has an odor that was not there before the cleaning. With that said, we are not sure if somehow the cleaning brought out an odor that was already there or what. Either way, the room smells worse than before we had the carpets cleaned so it can't really be clean. The others seem to be fine and they look good.

Carpet stays cleaner longer.
The technician was friendly and competent. He identifed himself and was mindful of not scarring up the walls with his equipment. He was quick and efficient and very pleasant and professional. My carpets looked fabulous when he was done.
This was the second time I've used Zerorez. Both times I've been impressed with the caliber of employee that came to my house. Always friendly, professional and helpful. The work done each time was exceptional. I've got old and sadly neglected carpets ("white") that had suffered not only normal wear and tear, but also some staining from small children and pets. The condition to which they (the carpets) have been restored is always very impressive. Zerorez makes me feel guilty to walk on the carpet after each time they've been cleaned. Understandably I can't say my carpet now looks "like new", but certainly I no longer feel ashamed of my carpets after they've been cleaned.

Deeper cleaning on the tile and grout
We liked our technician Charlie Howell. He was extremely hardworking, punctual, knowledgeable and cordial. Our carpets looked great. He did a really good job.

I was under the impression from hearing the commercial that the carpets would get clean even if you have 10 pets. I only have one and I didn't pay the extra fee do the deep cleaning. In one of my room I noticed that the stains were still there. In another room it had a smell after it was washed. Andrew was great in telling me how much better is your company. Andrew told me that he would do his best but his assistant was the one that cleaned the carpets. Andrew did the pre-treatment for the pee stains for two of my rooms. So I really don't know if his assistant did his best when he cleaned the carpets. The carpets do look clean for the most part. However, I can only wonder, if the assistant would have gone over a few extra times over the places that it had the stains,then the stains could have been less noticeable or just gone. I do want to thank your company for giving us the military discount. It means a lot to my husband and I that there are people that do recognize the sacrifices that our soldiers make and their families make. My husband was injured while he was in Afghanistan and after 5 years our whole family is still affected. Thank you for your time for reading my note.
