Have the technician wear shoe covers in my home. I called the morning of my appointment and asked if the technician could give me a 15 min phone call prior to coming and she said he would. The next phone call I got was from the tech staring he was at my house and wanted to know if I needed to reschedule. I said absolutely not, I would be home in 8 mins. The tech was very professional and polite. I would give him a 10. Also I vaccumed the master bedroom after he left and in my vaccum canister was dirt and hair.

My carpets are cleaner than they have been with other carpet cleaning companies. And they dried faster. Loved the results

Some stains and dirt spots are comng back.

Could rate lower if this continues.

Trey was very methodical and thorough in his work and exceeded our expectations. Our tile floors and carpet of 14 years look brand new. No harsh chemicals.

I don't know if it's anything your company could do. I had carpets that are in a rented house so I don't know if my floors would have looked cleaner if it were a house I owned.

I like the results.

My Carpets looked "Fantastic". They are 10 years old & do need to be replaced but "WOW" they look better than ever! Sean my technician was "Great".

I like the tech Peter who did our job, he was kind, a hard worker and has pride in his work. He was very professional and his attention to detail was evident. I also like the ladies that answer the phones with a happy attitude and very accommodating with the scheduling.

Travis, the Zerorez Technician was very polite, professional and courtesy. He explained the process and pricing and any other questions that I had much to my satisfaction.
