Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I even enjoyed the recording that plays when waiting for a customer service rep. I don't ever remember laughing while choosing which number to press.
The technician was very professional. The service was fast and it turned out very nice.
When I had my carpet cleaned it looked great. When it came to cleaning my sofa, the stain was still there and the back was not cleaned at all. I also thought it was pretty expensive.

Great service
I first and foremost liked the way zerorez responded to my needs as if it were their own home. The representatives Troy ( from last year) and Anthony from this year, were so polite and professional. Their service was superb! The best results by far!
The carpets don't get too wet. There is no bed smell from the cleaning products.

Some of my heavy traffic areas were cleaned with extra attention. For example, the tech 'thought' he got up a simple coffee stain, but as the carpet dried, it was still there. I removed more of it with a simple cleaner and towel on my hands and knees.
I guess my suggestion is to take the extra time to address all areas with same amount of effort and care. On my last cleaning, the tech easily removed most of the 'seemingly' heavy areas, but this time a couple areas didn't look as if they had been cleaned at all.

I recieved a phone call giving the option of your technition coming early. The tech arrived early and was well informed, friendly, and efficient. Andrew gave me some options to consider given the age of our carpet.

Professional - on time - quality work
I dont think it was you but rather my carpet. Its about 3 years old and never cleaned before. After waiting the rest of the day for the carpet to dry and putting all of the furniture back in place "I" cannot tell that we even had the carpet cleaned. I guess I was expecting something more noticeable but it looks just like before we had you clean the carpet. 300$ spent for nothing really in my eyes. The stain is gone for 25$ so far and thats the best part. Im not mad but dont think I will ever have my carpet cleaned but will just buy new ever 5 years. You did a nice job and were very professional though and I give you a 10 for that.
