The rep was great, very professional and nice!! Would recommend to all my friends and family!!!
The bedroom carpet and the area rug carpet are good. The kitchen tile could not be done due to the grout coloration and the master bedroom tile that was completed did not show any difference. The finished group actually had dark and light spots as though the dark areas were wet but they are not wet. I could not tell there was a seal applied. I would recommend for carpet only not tile. This was my first time using zerorez. I hear ads on the radio and received a mailer to try for the first time.

Technician was friendly, answered all our questions, and was quick. He made sure we were happy before he cleaned up. We were able to walk on our carpet right away and it dried quickly with no chemical smell!

The carpet looks nice, but it was cleaned on Thursday and we still have damp areas on Saturday morning. Also, there are areas that feel "crunchy" when stepped upon. These are not in high traffic areas, but in areas where we rarely walk. Therefore I have mixed feelings about thd service.
After cleaning a sofa and chair the serviceman indicated he had cleaned everything up. The next morning I noticed a heavy sticky residue left on the floor from cleaning the sofa and chair and spent an hour cleaning it up. If I had cleaned a sofa in my living room I shudder to think of what my carpet would have looked like.

Abel was very thorough with the process that would take place and all fees that would occur were disclosed. The previous owners had animals, lots of hair and dirt, and the house smelled like it and the carpet felt like that. After getting our carpets cleaned with Zerorez, the house smelled and still smells clean and the carpets feel brand new. Very pleased with the overall experience.
