The ads say no "crunchy" carpet. My carpet is "crunchy". Many stains remained. Although I didn't opt for the $$$$ process to lift and extract by the foot. My carpet is old so that may be why it did not come out great. All and all I was ok with your service.
The carpet still looks clean 3 weeks later no spots came back up.

I've used Zerorez for several years now. This time I was not happy with the results. The carpet feels rough - not sure what happened this time. Already looks dingy. Also I recommended your firm to my friend Jan Craig. She made an appointment at the Home Show. I had a $50 coupon from you that you sent me to give to a friend. I called your office to make sure Jan could use it and you said yes. You cleaned two bedrooms and cleaned a small den that had an area rug in it and the tech just cleaned around it and didn't get all the spots cleaned by the couch!! The tech said she couldn't use the $50 because she already had a discount- however you charged her $143. She won't use you again.
I initially made my appointment online. When I was contacted to confirm, I moved the appointment to the next day due to some developments in my schedule. I was subsequently contacted at least two different times (maybe three) to confirm my appointment. I appreciated the follow through but actually gave feedback to the associate on the last call that it was excessive and somewhat inconvenient for me because it was requested that I call back to confirm my appointment after each call (they left voicemails). After all that I received another voicemail the day before my confirmed appointment letting me know the associate would be at my house in 20 minutes to clean my carpets. I tried calling back (during business hours) and received the after hours voicemail. I frantically began moving my furniture by myself as my husband was not home. I also have newborn twins so it was extremely inconvenient. The associate acknowledged there were issues with my appointment and offered to come back the following day. Since I had already started moving the furniture, I went ahead and had him clean the carpets. My husband called to complain and was told we had the option to reschedule and didn't so we would not get a refund. To make it better and for me to refer anyone to you, I would expect another cleaning (comparable amount) free of charge.

Cleanest carpets ever
On time, competent service. good results on our carpet.
The technician was on time. Well, actually early, but I received a phone call first to make sure this was OK. He made sure he understood what I wanted done, and suggested add-ons, but wasn't pushy. I like that he protected the wall corners from hose marks.
My floors were made cleaner than I thought possible, my grout is back and my tiles were sealed.
Very pleased. My Persian rugs are bright and soft again.
I thought the grout was going to be scrubbed a bit more. Overall the cleaning was good, there were just a few spots that should have been able to come up with a little more attention.
