The technician was excellent, could not have been better. In fact, I would rate him a 10. The folks I dealt with on the phone from the office were very good and professional. BUT, the end results were simply not worth the above market charge.

The tech was great and I was really happy with how clean the carpet got, but the carpet was still crunchy which your ads say it won't be because of the empowered water. And it's not due to too much cleaner because the two bedrooms were crunchier than the living room and the living room was the only room that had any spot remover put on it.

When I called I specifically stated that I wanted the bedroom done because our shih Tzu had a couple of accidents in that room. The customer svc person assured me you could deal with pet stains. Our bedroom has an odor to it now that wasn't there before. The whole point of having the cleaning done is because we may list our house for sale. We may have to either tile or re carpet that room now which we hadn't planned on having to do. We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and never had this issue, so I am a little upset and disappointed at the results.

First phone contact was rather annoying. I heard about you from the radio and despite mentioning it, at the END I was told there was no discount for rugs. The nitpicky methid of in-house vs in the warehouse was annoying. Then when I was called with my quote of $400+ it seemed like I was trapped.
I liked the delivery method. Business was not "a cut above" for the price.

No offensive odors when the job is finished. Techs are always very friendly and well educated with their craft. They've done wonders for our "worn out" carpeting.
First of all I was given a price on the phone when the guy got there he started running the price up to a price that was unacceptable he then called the office and said he was doing the price wrong. So after he steam cleaned all the tile it just did not clean up like I have hoped after he left I pulled a brush out and was able to clean areas he could not and other area picked with a fingernail to get clean just not sure he new how to operate the equipment I do believe I could of done muçh better I do not believe I got my money worth
