Do a fantastic job, friendly staff would definitely recommend your company
The guy who cleaned my tile tried to continuously upswell me products and service I didn't want, did not read over my initial request and cleaned my tile blocking him out of my master bedroom and my master bathroom which he did say he could clean at the end however with all the fuzz from his terry cloth towels he used to dry my floor and foot prints he left all over my wet tile I was not going to allow him to walk across my carpet in his shoes to get to my bathroom! It wasn't until I said something to him about recalling on wet tile he just cleaned did he offer booties. I felt that for someone who is trained to glean time they would know to clean themselves out to the entrance and dry off tile leaving no marks. The whole point of hiring someone to clean it is so that I don't have to clean it myself but I had to restrain my floors after he left to get up dirt he didn't get or made, footprints, and fuzz!
No chemicals or residue and the carpets are clean.
Your employee was genuine, honest and a seriously hard worker. The product itself also seems good, can't complain.

Very fast, excellent job, very personable and professional service men.
Our tech did a thorough job & even mopped up after herself when some over spray of water got on the tile. We had 2 new pet stains in one bedroom, the stains were removed however there is still a foul odor in those spots if you smell the carpet which I am disappointed about.

The fact that there are no chemicals used during the cleaning process. The technicians were friendly and explained the process in great detail on the steps they would take to clean the carpets.
My carpet actually looks clean afterwards and the tile looked amazing.

Cost and no chemicals
Travis was simply amazing and very informative on what Zerorez, can do for us and how everything works. He was also very respectful of the kids and the animals and informing us of the front door being opened for his machine, allowing us to have time and to keep watch so that the kids and pets did not run out. He made sure to protect all the corners of the house with his equipment, which was very nice. We just had our home carpets cleaned less than 2 weeks ago, by another company that did not take any of these things in to consideration as well as, they did not do a good job at all. Travis was able to show us the chemicals left (with a Black Light) from the other Rotary Machine as well as the fact that we thought we paid for pet stain removal from the other company, which clearly was not done, very well at all!!!!(we have a new puppy and had concerns over a section in our hallway). We were very Happy with the outcome and with Travis! He Rocks!
