Our Zerorez rep, Brandon, was professional, knowledgeable, and fast! Our pet-soiled carpets look ( and smell ) great! We will definitely be using Zerorez again.
Really like the water I bought. Wasn't sure it would live up to what it was suppose to do but it does. The technician was very good, polite and wasn't pushy. I would recommend the carpet protection if you can afford the extra cost.

Years ago as a maintenance manager, I had a resident that moved out and used your company, at that time the tech explained what he had done and offer your service, well now that I have purchased a new home ,! It's been a year now since our carpet has had a clean , I mention to my wife I like to try your company, the result was a very well job done, your tech was professional and polite , took careful not to hit the walls hose and when done walked with me and explain what he did and thank me for allowing him to clean my carpets, thank you for your professional services, J. The techs were on time and seemed to be knowledgable and proficient. It seemed as though they were thorough, but it did not take long for them to complete the job. Once cleaned and dried, there is no aparent residue and stains seem to have been eliminated - the carpet looks great!
Our carpets turned out amazing and our tech was great! I have no improvements based on the actual carpet cleaning. I was a little underimpressed by the customer service communication. I was given a call 2 days prior and given my 2 hour cleaning window, which was 10a-Noon and promised a phone call 15-30 minutes before tech arrival. The day of the cleaning, our tech arrived unexpectedly at 8:15a. This was about 2 hours before the start of our "window" and we didn't receive a phone call prior to arrival. The tech had us down as 8a-10a and it worked out (after some quick finagling), but there was a lack of correct communciation.

The young man was very professional; What I did not like is it took over 24 hr for the carpet to dry.

We were extremely happy with the results. The carpets were beautiful and looked better than I expected. The only thing I was told would happen but didn't was I was informed that I would receive a call or text the day of informing me when the tech would arrive but I didn't. I did get the call 2 days prior giving me a time frame, but not the call the day of. Otherwise, I was extremely happy with the service, and in the grand scheme of things, we were prepared for the time so it really was not a huge deal.
No Stains were removed. Carpet looks just about the same. very Disappointed. I wish i could get a refund.
