I did not receive a phone call prior to the technician arriving. Was not able to discuss the services I wanted and total price beforehand. Technician said "did the best I could but it didn't help that much." I understand that some stains cannot be removed, but I would have liked to know that, and a more experienced technician would have been able to say that prior to starting. He said he only did it because the services he performed did not meet the minimum. I could have asked to have something else more meaningful done.
The system cleaned extremely well
My carpet and tile, throughout muy home, were clean and fresh looking after the service. JC, or zerorez guy, was professional and courteous and very detailed!
The representative cleaning my home was professional and thorough. She cleaned the floors diligently and had to work around movers, yet managed to clean my entire house! Additionally, the floors looked fantastic!
Sam was very courteous and did a Great job. He was as unobtrusive as possible.

Great customer service from start to finish
I love that the carpets dry quickly,the feel and the citrus smell.
When we bought our home the carpet was badly stained. We had Zerorez come in & the the carpet looked like new. The stains did not come back. The second time Zerorez came there were several urine stains from our dog. they treated the stains & once again the stains came out. We will never use any other carpet cleaners again.
I like that you do not use chemicals! There is no other company that gets my carpet as clean as zerorez. I did my carpet, tile and my garage floor. I am very impressed every time I use them!
