We had a wonderful deep clean of the tile in our new rental. The grout went from black to a sparkling white!
The cleaning and color seal of my grout looks great but more important when I pointed out tile in the closet that wasn't done, they were very professional by getting me right back on the schedule and didn't charge me any additional fees or try to put the blame on me. That's why I keep going back to Zerorez.

Our technician was awesome. We will use Zerorez again specifically because of how professional and detail oriented he was. Did a great job!
We paid extra for pet stain removal and all of the stains are still very visible. These stains were one week old and the stains were treated by us within 2 hours of happening. Other stains have now become visible again now that the carpet has dried. I feel like I paid for a service that did not accomplish what was promised.
