Highly professional and courteous, and most important, the carpet turned out wonderfully! We had a couple hard to clean areas and he continued working on them until they were spotless. We felt no pressure to purchase other services or products and the cost was very fair. Just can't say enough good things about our Zerorez service and results!

The service has been extraordinarily professional from the moment I initiated contact to saying goodbye to the service man. I contacted via website and someone personally phoned me less than 24 hours later (it was on the weekend!). They gave me a window of 6 hours then the next day were able to narrow it to 3 hour window, and the service was scheduled 3 days from that time. This allowed me to plan. The man called me 15 minutes in advance of arriving, and he arrived 30 minutes after the window opened. He explained what would be done, verified the cost, and proceeded only after he had made sure that I had no additional questions. He completed the work within 2 hours and made sure again whether I wanted to inspect, had other questions, then verified the price/invoice. He was friendly and so polite, aware of his presence as a guest in the home even though he had been asked to provide a service for us. Thank you!

The results were very good. Stains were removed that I didn't know would be. The person providing the service was very accomodating and friendly.

Natural and they work!!

Iasac was very good at what he does. He was informative, polite and did excatly as he said he would. He did not promiss the moon and not deliver. He was very clear about the condition of the carpet and told me ahead of time what to expect from the cleaning. Good job! For a young man, he represented the company very well.

The guys that came out were very nice! They really listened to what I needed and got it done. I loved that they were even a bit early! I would use Zerorez again and for sure recommend them to everyone!

I would recommend zerorez. I have used them before and have been impressed with the friendly staff and great service. I was however a little disappointed when I received back the area rug I sent in for cleaning. I had fully expected that they'd be able to remove the pet stain and was disappointed that I paid the price I did for cleaning and it really didn't look all that much better.

No harmful chemicals, soaps, or detergents used. Friendly, professional technician completed the cleaning thoroughly, yet expeditiously.

I was very impressed with the Technician, Chris Pennock. He was very knowledgeable about the product he would be using and answered all my questions about some spots that were in my carpet. My carpet looks like new again. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and will continue to do so in the future.

The Service Technician, Kyle Hoffman did a very good job and exhibit good people skills. You could see an immediate shade of cleanliness in the area where Kyle had worked.

Amber is the gal who cleaned the carpet and she was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I like the setup of the equipment which was the tube only and the shield over the front door. The product smelled very fresh and the carpet looked great when she was finished.

The carpet had regular dirt spots along with stains from my cat throwing up. I did buy a couple products, one being espectially for animal stains and I no longer have the cat and will not be getting another animal. Is it possible for me to return the products I bought since they have not even been used?

I like that you don't use too many chemicals. The carpet looks like new afterwards, much cheaper than replacing the carpet.

Your product does not leave a residue behind. Your employees are professional.
