One thing that happened that I am not happy with is that my carpet has a couple of spots that now smell like dog urine. I told him about a couple of areas where the dog may have dribbled. He did use the Odor treatment and also the carpet protectant.

Emily is very efficient, she treated the spots and high traffic areas and my carpet looks great. My carpet is off white and 15 years old. I thought I should replace it but after Emily was done it looks great.
