We received a call in advance of the visit with expected time of arrival. All carpet was perfectly cleaned. The individual was very knowledgeable and communication was very friendly.

I liked the ease of scheduling and the communication about my appointment after I had scheduled right up until the day of service.
The team of technicians that performed my furnace duct cleaning as well as the dryer vent and air exchanger were phenomenal. They were very careful in my home, very thorough and very efficient. I've had my ductwork cleaned in other homes by other companies and I think Zerorez is the company I would go with again. And that was because of the Zerorez technicians.

Mahine worked real good cuz we were too far of an apartment away to use truck. Should not cost $75 more though. That is ridiculus!
