We had carpet stairways that showed quite a bit of where on the carpet. Once you serviced before are finished the stairway look like new carpet.

The customer service is great. The techs who come out and do the work are always courteous and do a good job. They are timely in getting here and sometimes call ahead to request to come early which I like. I like there's no chemicals being poured on my carpets. The natural products that are used to provide a fresh scent are also very nice. I like how the company treats their employees, the last technician who was here was happy with his job and felt he was treated well at Zerorez. This means a lot to me, for I think our companies should take care of their employees and I'm happy to use this service knowing they do.

I thought the techs were fantastic! They called when they were 10 mins away and once they arrived they got straight to work. I can definitely tell the difference in my air ducts. I have already recommended this company to other family members because it was a job well done and the price was fantastic. Other companies were quoting up to $1500! The worker made sure we didn’t get overcharged, did a good job, used some spot clean on areas he couldn’t get up, and warned me about spots that he probably wasn’t going to get. He was extremely personable and kind.

Easy of scheduling, prompt and friendly technician, quality of work

The technician, Bryce H, was an extremely professional communicator and did exceptional work! We just had an elderly dog, who had a lot of accidents, pass, so our carpet was awful. He even got down on the carpet to smell it to ensure he eliminated as much odor as possible everywhere. He also removed a tough stain that other cleaners were unable to eliminate. We have already recommended him to a neighbor.

The guy you sent out here got my carpet really clean. Other times it hasn’t gotten that clean.
