Our carpet looks fantastic! Ernesto took the time to walk through each room with me before starting and asked all the right questions. After the cleaning, he did another walkthrough to make sure everything looked perfect. I couldn’t be happier with his work and friendly, professional attitude.

The technician, Rafael, thoroughly explained the procedure and expected outcomes and offered suggestions. He was efficient and very personable. Generally, I was quite satisfied as there were pet issues that made perfect cleaning a real challenge and an impossibility. Overall, I was very pleased.

Because it has only been 2 days since I had your company cean my carpet, as of today I am really pleased. I was really impressed the the young man that came to my house. He introducted himself when I answered the door. He was very pleasent to work with and giving me information as he did the cleaning and what to do when he had finished.

Joe, aka "Buffalo Joe" was very friendly, thorough and quick. He explained how ZEROREZ's cleaning techniques were different from other companies, and that the solutions used were made by ZEROREZ, something I was not aware of. Joe also advised me of the other services that ZEROREZ offers. All in all, my wife and I were very happy with the service.

The price was cheaper than another large company. The carpets were extremely dirty and the technician was able to get almost all of the stains out.

Efficient. Thorough in explaining treatments and what add ons are available including what to expect after the treatment. I didn’t think some of the stains on our carpet would come out but they cleaned up very well. High traffic areas are still a little darker but I expected that and they still look pretty great. I’d hire them again.

Anthony from Zerorez was amazing. He was so kind, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole duct-cleaning process. He walked us through everything he was doing, showed us before-and-after photos, and made sure we understood how to keep everything running cleaner moving forward. Our house already feels fresher. If you ever need your air ducts cleaned, seriously ask for Anthony — he made the whole experience so easy and honestly kind of fun. Highly recommend!

Both Eric and, now I'm forgetting his name, but the main person who did our air ducts were highly professional and did an excellent job. We were so happy with them and their work!

Your carpet cleaning technician Irvin was impressive. Courteous, considerate, personable, very knowledgeable, hard-working and efficient. Did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning our carpeting, an area rug and a pair of chair cushions. Overall a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Zerorez again based on this experience.
