Zerorez always does a great job!
Zerorez has always done a great job on all my previous homes. This time I was not pleased and you came out and fixed the issue!
Quality result, convenient, schedule and communication
I have always been happy with the services that I received and the ability to be able to get on a schedule quickly and get it done. I had Larry Walker who did my house this time. It was very nice, very polite and seemed to be very thorough on what was done. The only thing that I am seeing is that your three room specials and by the time you add on a couple things I’m up to $300. I have been with you guys for many of years. I would like to see more discounts or something or to know that there’s money in account or something. It’s just I get that it was a living room, a small hallway stairs and then like a larger downstairs and it was $302 a little outrageous some prices.
The carpet was cleaned beyond expectations. Thank you !
Jordan, the Zerorez rep was cordial and thorough. He walked thru the area to be cleaned both before and after. He did a good job addressing the spots I pointed out before. When he left I felt totally pleased with the cleaning. The day following the cleaning I noticed a spot in the hallway darker than usual. This area had a round stain about a 1/2 inch wide and I didn’t know from what which Jordan did work on to remove. He made no mention of it being difficult when we did our post cleaning walk thru. On the morning after the cleaning the affected area was now darker and about 12 inches wide. Very puzzling and disappointing. It is far worse than the original 1/2 inch stain. I’m not sure if this is the final output after totally drying. Also not sure what to do about it. Should I try to get it out and if so, with what? That is my only concern after the cleaning. In a few days if it’s all dry but still visibly distracting I may give Zerorez a call for cleaning advice I might try.

Your technical people who did the cleaning in our Condo Building and my individual home were very professional and nice.
I will say I don't like how wet my carpets are once the job is done, howerver I realize there's nothing that can be done to help that.
I've used a company that doesn't leave the carpets wet and I think they do as nice as a job as zerorez did. But again, I'm satisfied with the job that was done.
