Allan North was a wonderful technician and walked me through exactly what he could and couldn’t do (some chairs were not water eligible) . Very professional and great communicator. His upholstery tool broke and he was quick to explain what I needed to do to reschedule.
Furniture cleaning
I was very pleased that Zerorez was able to clean my carpets the next day. The window of time was noon to 3:00, and Alan was there at noon. He explained what he was going to do and associated pricing. Lastly and importantly, the carpets looked great.

Great experience. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of calling, and the tech arrived on time and communicated clearly day-of. She walked me through the process and costs without any pressure, while still guiding me toward what made the most sense for our situation. She was respectful of our home and our animals—something I don’t take for granted.
When one spot came back, I used the 30-day guarantee. Scheduling the return visit was easy and professional, and even when I needed to reschedule, they were flexible and accommodating. The follow-up cleaning was just as prompt and thorough as the first, and the issue was resolved.

The technician that came out to do the reclean service was AMAZING! He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure to walk us through the service and procedure and got our areas looking spotless! He was so respectful of our home and made sure he kept the front doors closed and wore shoe covers.
