On time, quick and quality work.
I had a coupon for $139 for 3 rooms so I expected costs to be near that. I had some stains that needed treatment so I was changed $80 per room x 2 rooms. Now I wanted clean carpets - more than doubling my costs to reach that goal of clean carpets seems a bit like like a come on to selling extra service at a high mark up. No way an extra spray treatment should costs $80.
My guess is every cleaner is instructed to sell that service to make the trip more profitable.
So, the job was well done. The real costs to get a good clean is not what it says on the coupon.

Air Ducts cleaning and drier vent cleaned. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was relieved there was a recommendation for allergy treatment add-on--- that was a last minute requested that they was able to add to my plan package.

The product worked well on our carpet. IT was easy to schedule an appointment. The best part of the service was the Technician, who was very professional and efficient - Devin Whitehead.
