The guy sent out to our house was SO polite and very professional. We think he needs a raise and some type of recognition. He tried hard and didn’t just go through the motions.

We've used Zerorez several times, and everyone we've dealt with from the company, by phone or in person, has been helpful, polite, and informative. Our carpets and rugs have turned out beautifully, even those with pet accident stains and ground in dirt and tiny debris from weeks of workers walking over them during storm repair work. The prices seem very reasonable, and we like the company's philosophy.
I had some pretty serious stains and they were completely able to get them out, the pricing is pretty fair for what I needed done and they do deals often. Very professional and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend

After cleaning the carpet, they sprayed carpet with a safe natural organic spray to protect carpet And allergy free!! It had a pleasant orange sent. My home smells wonderful!!
