I greatly appreciated the technicians transparency and forewarning about material that could be positive for asbestos. While this red flag halted work, it kept us from disturbing and blasting asbestos particles throughout our entire home (and right before we brought a newborn home, no less).

After abatement was done and the crew returned, they did an incredibly thorough job, for which we are most appreciative.

Bryce did an unbelievable job at removing stains from my carpeting, like where I always walk on my nearly white carpeting. The other carpet company I had used for years only lightened them, but Bryce either removed them or nearly removed them. I was amazed! Furthermore, he was very friendly & obviously very conscientious. I want everyone to use Zerorez.

I have used your services many times in the past as nd have been pleased with the cleaning and rapid drying until this current cleaning. The drying time was long, don’t know if it was high humidity outside, also a couple of areas appear soiled. Although the tech did point out he wasn’t able to get all the soil pout and that particular area took over 48hours to dry

I had a wonderful service person, who took the time to walk around each room with me. There were many 'stains' and he pre-treated all of them and explained how a more powerful wash might be good. My carpet looks brand new and I swear, a shade lighter! I am so very pleased with the outcome! I actually have used Zerorez many times and plan to continue. Definitely, highly recommend! They offer some of the best deals in town periodically and that is when I book with them.

Art the technician was very professional and explained everything in detail on what he was going to do for our carpets. He explained in the rooms where there were heavy traffic areas - he could remove the wear in those areas - which he did. Art explained if I wanted the Scotch guard protection in any rooms in my home. We told Art we would like this done in our Family room that receives the most traffic.
Art did a fine job in cleaning each rooms carpeting. Art gave us some advice that if we get our carpets cleaned each year, we will preserve the carpet for years to come. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends.
