Our carpets look great and there is no residue left anywhere. Our carpets that were cleaned are 36 years old so I think having them look wonderful is an excellent accomplishment. Ethan was very courteous and friendly, introducing himself to both of us and shaking our hands! We do recommend Zerorez. A note of reality is that cleaning can’t fully bring back to life well worn parts like in high traffic areas but they were very clean following the job Ethan did. We were very pleased!

Good product, but the real differentiator was the outstanding service and above-and-beyond effort from the employee who cleaned our home. He was polite, professional, incredibly thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.
