The carpet cleaning does a great job. The technician was friendly and professional.

Chaise was terrific and really listened to what we were hoping to do and did it beautifully. I had wool carpet, which is a bit more complicated to clean. Chase knew what to do, and it really came out nicely with no abrading or fuzzing of the wool. (Chase was also personable and great with my eager puppy, who needed to briefly meet our guest before calming down.)

It was easy to schedule an appointment, the tech was prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you Zerorez!!

The product you use for cleaning is a light citrus smelling product. I like that you can hardly smell it. Was safe to use around my cockatiel bird.

Services - We had you do our carpeting, including steps, foyer rug and upholstery chairs. Nice that you can do all of these items in one job.

I was very impressed with how clean my carpets looked! The person who cleaned them really took time to get out stains and dirt! I appreciated his service very much. I also like that ZEROREZ does not use chemicals with their cleaning process. I recommend ZEROREZ all the time!
