The cleanliness without all the harsh chemicals! My husband and I have had Zerorez clean our carpets and furniture twice and loved the quality clean and the great people. This time was for my mom's apartment on the third floor and Richie did a great job. He was also very kind and professional with my elderly mother. Great Customer Service from a quality employee is very important for this type of service and Richie aced it! Thank you Richie from Marilyn and her four "kids" Debra, Denise, Connie and Rob. The apartment is bright and beautiful!
