Thr technician was on time and explained what and how he was going to do the carpet cleaning. He protected wood items from the hose rubbing on them. He explained how it went after he was complete. A good communicator.

They were on time, professional, and worked quickly.

It was quick and dry in about 15 hours. Had 2 bedrooms the stairs and my living room done. Will do it again for remaining rooms in a few weeks thanks zeroes!

Your technician, Jordan, was right on time, very personable, explained all the options we had (without pushing) and was very knowledgeable about Zerorez products. Our very old carpets came out quite nicely.
