The team did a great job! They showed up early (with our permission), went straight to work, and had our grimy stairs and bedroom carpets looking almost new by the time they left. Unlike other service providers, Zerorez products do not leave soapy residues on the carpets. Also, the team warned us--strongly--to be careful on the wet steps, as we could slip on the wooden floors below them. They were right, and we were appreciative of their care and concern. The price was a good value for the service, too. ZeroRez will definitely be my first call when we need to have the carpets cleaned again.

I was giving Zerorez a final try. A year ago I was not happy.
The wonderful service man, Matt, that came this past Thursday, walked through the areas i needed cleaned and actually listened to the areas I was concerned with. He prespotted the tough areas and worked on a pet urine spot that was bugging me. He worked efficiently and did an awesome job. He knew his job well! He actually put foam blocks under my recliner, as requested. The cleaner last year ignored my requests.

I will request Matt when we do our lower level later this year.

Carpets are clean. Takes 48 hours to dry completely.
