Service appointment prompt Carpet cleaned and dried quickly < 8 hours Was disappointed that my room 14' X 16' = 224 sq. ft. ..considered a large double room (> 220 sq. ft.) and charged/priced accordingly ...but was granted a 15% discount...still cost more than the $119 promotion rate for 3 rooms and a free hallway

The service was fantastic and the outcome beyond expectation. Richie was determined to remove a grease stain that had been there for years. He was successful where no other product had been.
The carpet cleaning specialist was terrific. The carpet we contracted to have cleaned was very dirty from years of traffic without shoe removal. The technician did an amazing job. The carpet turned out was amazingly clean which was surprising considering how dirty it was. Great job with great results.
Alan, the technician, answered all of my questions that I had about the service. He was very respectful and polite.

The first technician did a terrible job an left all stains on the carpet. Upon letting you guys know a different technician was send the second time. His name is Joseph Wzientek. And he went over an beyond in fixing all the left over spots and dirt and did a fantastic job.
