He went above and beyond in making sure our wishes were understood and completed. He took the time to also clean the little rug by the door so that everything was perfectly clean from the moment one enter our house. Before moving into my new townhome, I knew the previous residents had a dog, but I wasn’t prepared for how bad the carpets and smell were. The carpets had multiple stains, and the entire house smelled strongly of wet dog.

I called Zerorez, and their customer service was absolutely great from the beginning. They explained everything clearly and even let me know that they offer a 30-day warranty, meaning they would come back out at no additional charge if the odor or issue wasn’t completely resolved.

I am utilizing the 30 day warranty i have so the faith this will help the remaining odor that’s lingering.

They also explained that they have a specific product designed to target pet odors and that they would apply it during the cleaning. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain the process rather than just coming in, cleaning, and leaving.

The difference was incredible! The carpets look so much better, and the house smells so much fresher and cleaner. It made such a difference being able to move into my new home without that lingering wet-dog smell.

I have used Zerorez for about 17 years. I like your technicians, and like your cleaning. This time, however, our carpet wasn't left as soft as usual and I am wondering if you have changed your product? I hope to God you don't use detergent like the other carpet cleaning companies.
**So I am asking - have my carpets now been "hardened" with soap or any other similar product?**

The tech was there on time, followed my direction and worked steadily. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in years and it looks so much better. Not perfect but we never expected it to be perfect.

The technician who came to my home was very professional and friendly. I liked the communications confirming my appointment and the arrival time for the technician. I like how soon I was able to book an appointment, The carpets looked great. He explained well what he did. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is because my shower tile did not come out as clean as I expected and I had to go back and clean further.

The technician and his helper were very careful and protective of the house as they did the job and cleaned up when done. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and gave us good feedback.

The tech, Art, arrived well within the scheduled timeframe, was organized, efficient, and conscientious. We were lucky to have a low humidity day, with a nice breeze, so everything dried within the forecasted timeframe. Very satisfied with the service.

Communication was great! I couldn’t be at my Mom’s property but talked to tech when they arrived to assess the situation. He also sent before and after pictures to help me feel comfortable about what was accomplished.

Alex was very personable, and fair. He adjusted and lowered my quote after he arrived and saw what I actually needed done. He helped me move a piece of furniture that I was unable to move on my own.
