Zerorez was great to work with. I contacted them through the website on a Tuesday went through the online process which didn’t take very long at all. They scheduled my cleaning for the next morning. I have a small Condo and it only took the technician about an hour to finish the job. I don’t remember the technician’s name but he was friendly and worked quickly. The carpeting is now in much better shape after the cleaning.

Another great experience with ZeroRez! Jorge was extremely careful to protect other surfaces while working in my home. He was very considerate and professional. Jorge explained both the process and estimate before beginning. And my wool carpet, which had sustained significant stains after my puppy took ill, were looking fantastic after he was done with the treatment. 10 out of 10 for ZeroRez!

The guys were able to start earlier than planned because of their schedule, which worked out well for me. They were very polite, asked me if I had any questions, explained the whole process, were very careful with my furniture, and did a thoroughjob. The next day when the carpet was dried, I was very happy with the results. I used them before and would use them again!
