NO RESIDUE...the carpet feels soft, not crunchy! My cleaner - Andrew Spalding - is terrific! Bobby McShane was my first experience with Zerorez-terrific, to say the least, and Andrew lived up to that standard! I've recommended Zerorez to at least 20 friends/family...all have loved the experience.
I like that no chemicals were used because we have 2 puppies that chew everything on the carpet. We don't have to worry about them getting sick, but still have clean carpets! The serviceman did a great job and was really friendly. He went above and beyond our expectations because we had some gross looking carpets from potty training 2 puppies and they now look as good as new! I appreciated the professional job for a reasonable price.

Robert was extremely knowledgeable about the Zerorez products and customized the carpet cleaning services to best fit our home's needs. He was on time, very accomodating, informative, friendly, and made every effort to ensure we were happy with how things turned out. We had gone with another carpet cleaning company previously but he told us a lot of soil/pet stain problems stemmed from the chemicals and detergent they had used. We will never use another carpet cleaning service after experiencing Zerorez. Thanks!

When I vacuumed the first time after cleaning, I got almost nothing in my vacuum. Carpet was clean. I am having some difficulty getting the wand marks out of the dried carpet.
