Darnelle worked hard, and was very informed and polite. I had many questions about cleaning of fabrics and grout. Thank you. I will also add, however, that we scheduled a carpet cleaning throughout the entire house as well as grout if time allowed. Darnelle's records indicated a grout cleaning alone. He was able to fit carpet cleaning in.

No residue

Carpet is cleaner than any other we have used and drying time is quick. There is not a residue as some cleaners leave.

The technicians were quick and thorough and the carpet looks great. One thing I didn't like was that they didn't cover their shoes after the initial time in the house until they were set to clean (i.e. after brining in all of the equipment.) We don't wear shoes in out house.
