We had Tom come out and clean my carpets (which were so dirty looking I contemplated on replacing...one of my rooms had marker, chalk, food stain, etc from my toddler)...he worked VERY hard and removed all the stains!!! I was very impressed by his professionalism! He also showed me the stains being removed! I am absolutley in love with my carpets. I also opted to get the upgraded service of applying a coat (and now I cannot remember the name of it) to the areas of high traffic and such...and I have to say I am glad I did!! I just love it!! I would highly recommend Zerorez to everyone!!!! Thanks for taking the time and getting my carpets looking fantastic again!!!!!

You are able to save carpet that no other vendor has been able to do. In my experience if you are not able to restore a carpet you wouldnt even charge me.
