It was quick and it cleaned.

Cris was friendly and informative, but I was shocked at the price. $372.00 was more then we expected, and not all the stains came out. It took several days to dry, and the heavy soiled spots still feel sticky. I will need to call and make another appointment for some areas to be re-done, but over all we where satisfied. Maybe a reduction could be made for the biohazard $60.00 was what cost us the most.

I like that there were no chemicals used and that the carpet was not overly wet. It also dried very quickly. I don't need to worry about my dogs reacting to something new in the carpet. In addition, my one dog who was constantly licking the carpet prior to the cleaning, is no longer licking the carpet. It would appear that anything that was in the carpets before, ate now gone. I got great explanations as the process was being done and everything lived up to my expectations. I can't believe how quickly it was actually done. I will definitely use them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned!

Seemed to take stains out of our carpet. Only request would be to ensure the vehicle is not parked near the grass. The exhaust killed our grass. Really not a big deal for us, but others could be upset by it. Thanks.

I was given a window of time when I scheduled the appt and then a more approximate time the day of the appt. My carpets are 21 years old and I was surprised how nice they look - certainly now new, but definitely improved; better than any other carpet service I have used.

Everything from the scheduling to the actual work. But if your desire is to please me and not use me to drum up more business, why not just call me and say, "How was it?" That's personal and shows you care far more than a meaningless survey like this. And, I might be inclined to check the box below.

The two men who cleaned our carpets were able to remove stains that were there before we moved in, two other carpet cleaning companies couldn't get them out and you did it!! Now we don't have to replace our carpet! Thanks to your awesome products!!!!! We will use you forever!!!! Thanks!!!

This was my first carpet cleaning experience so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I was amazed how much dirt and dust were collected during the cleaning demonstration. The carpets dried quickly, weren't crunchy, and our technician was very professional. The only negative aspect were the "sales pitches" that were presented to me. I understand that it is a business, but I don't like being offered additional services. I would have ordered them if I had wanted them in the first place.

The appointment time was perfect,I'd requested not to come before a certain time and they were very accomodating. My technician was very thorough, polite and explained things as he went along. I am very pleased with the outcome, the heavy traffic areas of dirt were definitely taken care of.

Scheduling was so convenient, you were out within 2 days of me calling and my appointment was for a Sunday. Most carpet cleaners do not work on the weekends. Kyle was very nice and informative. I had zero expectations on getting the rust stains off the carpet and Kyle almost removed them all. They are much lighter and that is more then I thoughts could happen. Carpets look great.
