The customer service that Zerorez provides from beginning to end is stellar. I put a request for an estimate through the website and promptly heard back from somone. They quoted me a price that was spot on when the technician came out.

The technician that came out to do our service was great! He asked what the stains were on our carpet in order to better remove them. When I wasn't sure what some things were (we are not the first owners of our house) he got down and smelled them! Now that's commitment! He asked about other areas in our house such as the hallway and other bedrooms but I told him we were on a budget and those would have to wait. He just simply said "ok" and was not pushy at all - which I loved! He explained all the processes to me and the options we had for removing the stains and let me choose which option I would like without any pressure to choose the more expensive options. He got out all the stains and even showed me a before and after while he was doing it (which was VERY eye opening).

Overall everything was great and I would, and have, recommended Zerorez to friends, family and business associates.

We thought we needed to replace our carpeting, but your technicians got the carpet so clean, we have decided to postpone the purchase. They were very punctual, courteous, professional and listened to what I wanted and provided what we asked for. In my opinion, Zerorez is the only one to call for clean carpet.

Juan and Kyle were great. Very professional. I especially liked that they used "corner guards" around my walls. Also they provided a "cover" around where my door was propped open with the hose. Did a good job cleaning. Only one area where the carpet is matted that didn't "pop" back to life.

I think the products are great as we had some pet problem areas. Upper level carpeting was only four years old and the areas that got treated looked really nice and the carpeting has that new look again. The lower level carpeting is older and a burbur and really looks nice as well. The guys worked hard and the results show. The house is being sold and had no furniture in there, so I think the time to do it went pretty fast for the guys. I was pleased with the service from Andrew and James. ( I hope I got their names right). I may call you in the future for cleaning at our house we currently live in....
