the carpet cleaner was extremely courteous and well informed, took his time and did a wonderful job. He even got a spot out that five other carpet cleaning companies were unable to remove. This is three days later and the carpet still feels cool and damp but I'm sure that will improve. Other than that the carpet looks terrific.
Your technician, Stew called about 15 minutes before he arrived. We walked through the areas to be cleaned and he indicated it should take about an hour. He was very pleasant, thorough and within 10 minutes of the estimated time. The carpet looks great! I was told it should be dry within 24 hours. Just as a cautionary note, the carpet is berber, the pad is 3/4" rubber - not a composit and all on a cement slab. So it took additional time to dry. I had everything left in the cleaning area on gliders so re-positioning furniture was easy and took very little time.

I like the process that is used, the professionalism of the person working, the really great door blocker piece (genius!), follow through, asking our opinion before he left. Just a great process. I have used all the others and this was by far my most pleasing experience with a carpet cleaning company.

Everyone was very helpful, and when Adam showed up to clean the areas we wanted cleaned he knew everything we wanted done. There seams very good comunication from disbatch to the drivers. Mark was our tech, he did a great job. He had to pretreat for "biologic" material and worked hard to get the stains out.
